Camp Phoenix offers a unique opportunity to gain qualification as a barter system – you work  and get your training for free.   We offer a 3 month program – totally flexible to suit your gap year, family plans or educational commitments and by the time you leave you will have the right qualification of your CV along with the right experience to be able to start to work professionally within the Watersports, Marine or Diving business. 

Camp Phoenix is paired with two instructor venues which means once you complete your training you can immediate enrol in one of our approved partners to qualify as an instructor (you must however have held at least one Dive certification of any level for 6 months prior to completing your instructor rating - please email us for clarification - this is NOT our requirement but an Industry Standard.
